TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Client agrees to hold Tammie Garza and Su-Min Ruliffson and /or her subcontractors or assigns harmless from all liability connected with makeup or hairstyle services and client further agrees that all services are accepted as rendered.

2. $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure this contract and balance is due on the date of function. Cash, check and Credit cards(Paypal) are accepted

3. A $25.00 NSF fee applies to all returned checks that are subject to prosecution.

4. Tammie Garza and Su-Min Ruliffson reserves the right to substitute artist(s) & stylist in case of emergency.

5. By signing I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
